3. Scheduling & Attendance Policy

Onboarding consultations and strategy calls operate under strict punctuality protocols:

We maintain a strict 5-minute grace period past your scheduled time slot.
Missed sessions require a re-booking fee for scheduling reallocation.
Two consecutive missed sessions without 24-hour advance notice will result in the service being deemed fulfilled.
